I do feel your pain on this. I work for IP Communications and I know for sure we wouldn't call a customer on the weekend to inform someone of this type of news. But I do a lot of provisioning for Constant.com as well as other ISP's throughout the Texas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Kansas region. I would have to say that your situation is very un-common of this ISP. Reason being is that I provision many of their orders daily and I do not see a lot of their cancels coming through the system, but once again it seems like you had a very bad brake. I know the new ISP option is almost out of the question but why not try? There are many other ISP's that are well established. Well enough of my babbling, Good Luck.

Well, sounds about right to me. These guys can't even put a correct address into a DSL order. Such as maybe the client's suite address? Or some customer contact numbers? Instead they just put the building number and put their own contact numbers on the order. Then they don't even answer. Go figure. So they waste about 2 weeks just putting in the order to the DLEC. Nice job.

Yea, working on it...

I'm trying, I contacted Megapath again yesterday after complaining to them about being out $300+ on the Netopia router... They said they may be working on an agreement with IP Communications to do servicing in the Texas area. I don't know if this is true or not, but I told them to contact me as soon as arrangements are finalized. I'll give them a week or so to get back with me.
