Good luck

Glad you had a nice experience. But personally I would never agree to a long term contract with a DSL provider in this day and age. A two-year one? No way, no how.

Re: Good luck

Maybe. But, if they don't deliver or you are unhappy you have every right to break the contract or renegotiate. No?

Yeah, but

canceling is usually at a steep penalty, like the price of a month's service. Without a contract there is no penalty for quitting if dissatisfied. Which I think is only right because if they B.S. you into signing with promises of great service and don't deliver, why should YOU be penalized when THEY fail to deliver?

I agree about the 2 year/long term contracts, because it's way too risky. But it looks like he ordered business grade SDSL...which is pretty reliable, and companies give breaks when business order it...or whenever it's business grade. Good luck man, and enjoy your SDSL.

Re: Business

$219 a month for a measly 512K? That and the 2 yr contract only confirms the old W.C. Fields line that there's a sucker born every minute! Sorry if it sounds harsh but that's my HO.

Re: Business

Some suckers think that they will get something for nothing.
What W.C. Fields forgot to tell you, is, you get what you pay for.
