Dave,
It is obvious you work for these guys who are one of the many who resell NewEdge in Breckenridge. I live in Frisco and was told more than 2 years ago NewEdge was coming here. What happened? I had to go with ColoradoNet. Their service is great and with a true fiber backbone, the speeds are awesome.

Still trucking after ten months

I have yet to have one day - one minute - of down time in the almost one year I have had service. I live in the mountains and appreciate good dsl. I get about 650 down and 510 back up all the time. I have zero complaints so far. AND, I am not a rep as suggested back in February, I'm just a guy surfing the net and doing business like the rest of you.

Excellent Servic e again in Breckenridge

Recently, on a late Friday night, I experienced some extremely slow upload speeds. At 1100 on Saturday, I called Transedge and spoke with Sherry who got right on the problem. QWest was out here two hours later working on my line and, subsequently, Transedge notified me that they had a problem with a node in their Dallas location. By later that afternoon I was back on line with my Windows XP system getting 650 up and down. They followed up with an informative e-mail two days later to tell me what happened and if I had any further problems to let them know. I can't say enough about the dependability and quality of service I have had over the past year with Transedge. Great tech support from day one

Still going strong

I just realized that I haven't updated my review lately and wanted to let everyone know that I still continue to have nothing but praise to heap on Transedge. I am still perfectly satisfied with my SDSL service and have no intention of changing my service. If you're in Breckenridge, there is no better option. Go Transedge. BTW, I am certainly NOT paid by them to say this. If I was not satisfied I would be the first to say so.

I continue to be impressed

I continue to swear by my service. I simply cannot believe I have had so trouble free a service. In fact, I cannot think of any other service I subscribe to that has had such consistent quality and reliability.

With the router in place I am running 3-4 computers at times with 85% of my rated service. If I had to question anything, it would be that my upload speeds are sometimes under 500kps (kbps?). (My service is 768)

To tell you the truth, I take it for granted that my service here in Breck will always be up. I simply cannot stand dial-up.

If you want good reliable high speed internet, go here. It's the best option.
