that cogeco is crap

what do you think i am, stupid or something. you probably got paid to post that speel on the net, and cogeco gets business from people who believed that crap. people like me got sucked into that pile of crap of a lie. my connections were SOOOO slow (emphasis on SOOOOOOOOOOOO), that i had my internet revoked. i have to use my friends internet just to tell you how crappy cogeco is.

I have had cogeco since it first came out in Windsor.. When
Excite was running the service it was great... pretty reliable, extremely fast and great....ever since cogeco offically took over the service is go to crappy!!!!! COGECO IS THE WORST PROVIDER!!!! They have morons working in the call center that know nothing and claim to be knowledgeable.... Anyone who stays with Cogeco does not know what fast internet is!!!!!!!

 As a VERY satisfied Cogeco customer, I take exception to the generic statements made here. I average 2meg down and 350k up. Tech support has been extremely responsive on the rare outage or problem. All in all, a service I would recommend highly to anyone asking.

Can you get any higher then 2Mbps or 384Kbps up or is that just your average? Cap?
