PLEASE don't waste your time with them!

After almost a year and a half of dealing with respectable speed for the money (it was all about the uploads for me), I finally had to give up on them. Down time was up to as many as 3 or 4 periods a week ranging from 15 minutes to several hours, usually starting late at night or early in the morning (when I'm up and they have no one in their [only] office to see or check, even with a trouble ticket open.) After talking with them at length about it, and after months never coming to any resolution or even a reasonable explanation, I had to look elsewhere for my service. They aren't terrible if you are just interested in casual web surfing (but cable is easily better for this in my area), but if you need truly knowledgeable support (people who know how to probe their network deeper than just to check their dslam logs), or real uptime (at least 99%, like comcast and sbc have never had a problem providing), you would be better served looking elsewhere.
