Hershey, PA | How is this a Smooth Ride again? If pages are not loading, and you have 100% packet loss, could you explain why you gave 5 stars to every category for the service, and it is a "smooth ride"?

I've had to re install my entire harddrive, and purchase a new router.. there trasition was all but pleasant.. | |
