I like Shaw's call back feature. You can leave your name and number and they will call you back instead of waiting on hold for them.

Docsis 2.0 Coming Sometime soon

I have also read about the Docsis 2.0 standard that has the capability of up to 100 Mb which is ten times faster then the standard 10 Mb Cable modem. Will be nice to see what they do with the billing structure. if they are going to provide speeds like that

It is being tested now. Still has a bit to go before it's released, but once it is, say goodbye Velocity ($60+) who claim 2.5m service and compare it to the Shaw regular 2.5M ($30-$42.95 depending on packaging) service pricing instead of their residential 1.5M ADSL service whech ends up to be as expensive if not more after the trial period.
