Bignet not refunding cancelled DSL contracts!

Are there any others out there that are not getting a refund of their prepaid DSL contracts that Bignet cancelled in December 2001? I have been going around in circles with these people for 4 months to get a refund of 12 months of unused service on a 24 month contract that THEY effectively cancelled on me! I had enough today and filed a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General's office. According to the AG, this could constitute a "pattern" and may qualify for a class-action suit. Send email to me at mrvelous1@yahoo.com or contact the Michigan Attorney General (877) 765-8388 regarding case #100ey1500n.

smoke and mirror's

as another former employee. bignet is all smoke and mirror's. the only way they are staying in business is by robbing peter to pay paul. owners have DUMPED money into this company, seems like for a tax write off. they provide little to no support on ANY products they sell. bignet north in traverse city (who have closed their doors) on several occasions lost all services for their customers when ameritech shut down their t-1's because bignet had not paid their bill for over 6 months. also on a couple of occasions bignet north had their own phone lines shut off for non-payment, so no customers could even call them. they also have had electricity shut off for same reasons. very crappy company. worst in my 16 years of experience in communications.
