Bad Day?

I suspect the person that wrote this review is ESL (english second language). Anyway, its hard for me to believe this review after the wonderful service I have always received from Seanet.
This person writes: "They charged me for everything!" What do you expect...not to be charged?
This person also complains about Covad. I use Qwest for my DSL and have had problems...however when I trouble shoot with Seanet they are always helpful and can not control problems that may be Qwest/Covad related.
I suspect this person has just had a bad day. See other reviews for a better impression.
Seanet is GREAT!
