| AirWarrior Could not disagree more. SGF MediaCom's TS knows less than I do which puts them down with the morons. 2 hrs on hold for each of 4 calls listening to slutty pay per view movie ads will make your bad mood worse. The "CONFIGUATOR" destroyed my front page, inserted a password block to prevent my access to my Dell, and changed all of the server addresses etc to prevent access to any email: mchsi or earthlink (my dialup emergency ISP). MC is so brilliant that they designed their server to be inaccessible by dialup. Guess they think everyone is staying at home. MC never could fix it but earthlink, whose TS is almost as good as DELL's, did. MC is great at pointing fingers--call MSFT or Dell we didn't cause the problem, ignoring the fact that everything was running fine until the "CONFIGURATOR" appeared. Depperschmidt the SGF manager will call you--that was a week ago but I suspect he has a lot of calls to make! | |

There IS no tech support in Springfield. I know, I work there. MediaCom's tech support is in Kentucky. Yes, the configurator was junk. | |
