No hope for these clowns!

Only seeing your review I felt that I should give them a try, maybe they got better.
Well the didn't.
I place my order, and they were friendly enough, quoting only a 7 day wait for service. Then I verified they got all my paperwork, and that I was following there process. Sure enough 7 days later I called them and they said my service was on....however I didn't have a modem. They had not told me that by not selecting windows a SBC tech would have to do a professional install. I said I didn't need a tech to come out just to connect up a cable, and that they could cancel the pro-install, just change it to a self-install. That evening I got a DSL modem, and called them on day 8 asking for the settings to use. They informed me that SBC had called them and had to reschedule.

Well after much fighting with SBC to find out who to call (BTW: its ASI that you need to call to verify your orders)
which confirmed my order, but that it had been put in the day before. So I called back and confirmed that SBC had called them that morning, to which I told them what SBC said and that I would be canceling my order. They said they would call as soon as it was cancelled....I've never got a call, but I verified with ASI that in-fact the order was cancelled.

DO NOT GO WITH THESE CLOWNS!!!
I'm moving it all to AT&T (Not saying they are better, but I'm tired of SBC service, or the lack there of.)
