| A primo ISP I've had a dialup account with patriot.net for several years and have found them to be a class act in all ways. Outstanding tech service (almost never a service glitch), outstanding tech support (easy to get a knowledgable techie on the phone), and outstanding customer service (never a screwup). I don't know how big patriot.net is, but it feels like a small, personal, highly professional operation.
Unfortunately, Covad's their DSL partner, and I'm too far from the C.O. for Covad to give me a hookup. So I've just set up a cable modem account with Comcast. I'm sure I'm gonna miss patriot.net's professionalism. |
