Sorry Tech is such a Fuss

Well im sorry to hear you have had such a problem with our tech group, Once you have an initial contact with a tech We are working on a better system to get customers with exsisting problems better support.

Responce to tech is a fuss.

The tech crew at SBC is horrible. I think of all my time dealing with SBC there has been only one man who actually was able to give me a knowledgeable answers. I love SBC now that everything is working fine but it was not until we contacted the states atternies office that we actually got SBC to finally get things working right. My unlce has also had many problems with tech support. So has a few other people I know. SBC support is what the company is lacking the most.
