You might be able to carry OOL to your future address, here's a link to Cablevision's customer service telephone numbers directory, all the CV service areas are listed by county and municipality, most of them are now able to be serviced by OOL:

I hope it works out OK for you, I am in the process of looking for a place to buy in NJ and one of my priority factors in choosing a town and neighborhood, is CV/OOL availability.
