I guess you are on Keeler, a couple blocks N of me (8100 block of Keystone) ... I suspect that you may be closer to the CO than I am, so you might be able to run "uncapped" as I have. It took a switch to a better modem (Westell 2200) and adding a splitter at the NID, homerun, but I have been much pleased with the result.
