Holy smokes

Be sure to file complaints with the BBB at »www.bbb.org

Not everyone reads DSLR but hopefully some that don't will check with the BBB.

you did place the order

actually, if this is osio international and michelle simms, then i do recall your order. mark kerr (who i understand is no longer with your company) placed an order and gave a verbal committment to purchase dsl through our company. you are correct in that we probably should have made you sign something, and probably checked your credit, but, in fact, mark kerr's original request was 'please hurry and get this installed, we need asap'. so, we went on your word. trust me, it wont happen again, and instead, we will send your account to our collections agents.

thanks for your time,
matt

Re: you did place the order

Wow, sounds like you guys are real pirates. I was considering beannet, and may have even gone with them regardless of the bad review, but actually taking the time to flame the person who said something bad about your company, on a very sketchy "verbal committment [sic]", sending them to collections, for chrissakes... well, that pretty much seals it. Beannet = a-holes. Your web site is terrible too, btw.

Oh yeah, we are real pirates, that's right. That's why we haven't had a dsl price increase since we started. That's why we have storefronts and deal with our customers face to face. We made the mistake of rushing an order through for that company, relying on their verbal committment and not waiting on the contract. Then, they flame us up here. I monitor the comments here because we are proactive in our customer support. Sorry if that bothers you, I think most people who are reasonable appreciate our efforts.

Best Regards,
Matt

Ah, but the customer is always right.
