Very few places aren't

Very few places AREN'T getting the 2000/128 upgrade. You must be one of them. Been here in Michigan for a couple/few months already. My one complaint with Charter is slow up speed. Give up the 256 up at least already!!

cost

in most area you can get 5 meg for 35 dollars if you call and ask for or threaten to cancel you may have to do this several times
