| Weird..i haven't had any problems with support That is weird, I haven't had any problems receiving support from AccessUS...DSL support was always there when I had a question about my service. There was one time that my service was down for more than a week and that was when the DSLAM card I was on at the CO shorted out(I wasn't even able to use my phone or anything)...but that was fixed. My speed has been great..and I pay the extra $2 or whatever to get my bill in the mail so I don't forget it...i don't like email bills...i kind of wish they didn't have this fee, but the great service I have received is worth it. I'm sorry you have had such a hard time with them, I know that there are horror stories wherever you go....i wish you good luck in your broadband ventures.
