Who are you dealing with?

Dude, I tried the same thing, and after being told by a senior officer of the company that it was no problem, I received a call and got told that I "had" to change ISP's after having been a loyal customer for over a year. The only difference being between us is that I only host 1 game server (for UT) as opposed to your multiple "game servers". Outside of this incidence I had no major complaints with Bluegrass.net. Nice people, just don't ask the wrong question! BTW, I have the 1.5MB X 384 Kbps package, and my speeds are finally back to normal since the change over with ALLTEL. I am getting around 1100 X 350. Good Luck!
