| Other then his poor grammar... He has a point though. I have cox cable in Northern Virginia and it's absolutely horrid. 2 days ago i was getting 64kbps down (they advertise 3meg/256up) today I'm getting 248ish.
I've called Tech support many times, only to be answered with 'It's your network''your cable lines are too old' etc etc.
Either someone in my 'hood is stealing bandwidth, or Cox themselves are subnetting the shit out of Northern Virginia's network (The tech I called today told me that it's impossible to over sell IP address, I promptly laughed and told him how it's done).
Please cox! if you read this, fix Fredericksburg Va's internet! | |

Spent two hours testing my coaxial cable for problems,replaced every connector in my house and outside.the result....a cable modem that works the way it should.super fast,multitaskable,and burst speeds over 500.
