bad move

if they do not provide service for you write to them and say "your not providing service and i want my service canceled immediatly with no fees" if they still threaten you with fees (and if your under a written aggreement they have every right to charge however they need to stick to there part) than contact a lawyer. he/she will get them off your backs and immediatly report this business to the BBB.

this is a fine example of how corporate greed is making companies suck with tech/customer service. YOU need to keep fighting or they will F**K you bigtime. remember when you do write include your address and customer ID number sometimes writing will do wonders vs a phone call. on the letter put down ATTN: Management and be polite.

good luck with this. after this crap is done switch to OOL they really do kick ass.
