| Are we talking about the same people! I don't use Windows. Support is ZERO! Get blank stares. And replys like ... "Huh?". Or ... "Have you tried resetting your modem?" Did not get a bill for services for over a year. Inspite of many requests for reasons for not being billed. Then BAM! An 800 freaking dollar bill arives.When asked why, they replied something about THEM having billing problems with Version. And this has what to do with YOU not billing me? .
I pay EXTRA for a static IP. They went to DHCP and now I pay more for for my static IP. Just one IP! More then one? You pay the same rate per IP. I have my own server and asked them for what they needed from me for DNS. Two years later and they still haven't provided it to me. I registered my domain name thru them @ $75 for 2 years. 18 months after they registered it, they inform me that it was "accepted"? Two months after that they call and ask if I would like to continue to use the domain name. NO!
Why do I still use them? Only game in town. And I want to stay with a local provider. Would I change? Sign me up NOW!
