On my side, the potential customer, I didn't have the kind of experience your 100's of satisfied clients are experiencing. That is going to jade my opinion. Since this is a review, and I have valued reading the good and bad reviews prior to making my decision for broadband connectivity, I felt I would pass that good neighbor policy along.
Regarding the coffee shop “experiment” it would have been beneficial to communicate that to her so she could, in turn, communicate that to her customers. Still, that alone wouldn’t have kept me away as I suspect there was more to it.
I don’t begrudge your response, and am glad to know your company is doing well. In this case, however, it didn’t do so well. Hopefully, future ventures from people in my shoes will yield better results. | |

Well mine, for one. I signed up for service 7/01 and have never looked back. Excellent speed, quick support, and a good installation job and PC setup have me wondering why a biz would use dialup. Per nearby companies, DSL is still not available here (I'm 16,100' to the CO in Geneva) but with my level of satisfaction I'm not sure I'd switch unless it was a substantial price difference.
