| No more Waymark! I was a many year customer of Directlink and became a stepchild of Waymark. Their service for DSL customers went down for a week! The customer service was not very helpful either and offered a dailup in the meantime. The network status section on their home page is useless when the excuses or projected dates always change. If you need to give bad news just come out and give it, if you don't know don't make it up.
I've moved to August.net and so far am very happy. The service with Waymark was $106/month for 384k/384k. My service with August will be around $70 for 1.5m/384k. I'll see how the data metering works out.
