Anon It's fine that you are upset, but please watch the language. Calling a company, or anyone for that matter, names does nothing to get you the service that you desire.

Its Great till you move

Warnig DSL is adictive. I had DSL from US West for almost a year. I love it I loged on every time at 640k every time never had a problem all my friends now have it most at 256 but me and one other at 640 never had a problem swere by it. Problems yes one I moved accross town now I have all this equipnet to run a lan and use DSL to access the net an now service belive me you do not want to go from 640k to 28.8k. Yes I Love DSL but I too have a beef with US WEST I checked with them befor I moved to see if my service could be moved was told
that it would be no prolem moveing all my US West services to my new address. LIERS Im here now and I cant get a strait answer on if i can get DSL or when. So to all you looking into this all I can say is Its Geat Get it if Can but dont belive it till you see it
