What I can recommend is instead of using the dns for that service, for another dns prefix in, and use the dns of like bellsouth, or another big service provider in your area. I know when I was in Charter Pipeline in Atlanta, Charter's dns would constantly be down, so what I did was put in the dns of earthlink, and it would work as well if not sometimes faster than the charter dns server when it was working.. well figured it would be worth looking into.. good luck
