Life IS Good

I went to DSL Extreme and they are excellent. It took a painful couple of weeks for SBC to do their thing about disconnecting and then reconnecting me but now that I'm online again the service is great. Support is everything that I never got with DSL Designs. Prompt and knowledgeable.

At least you got notice

We found out that DSLD had "skipped town" when a competitor called us up on the day Verizon was going to shut our lines down because DSLD had failed to pay the bills again. I really like the fact that Neil decided to violate their privacy agreements and share my unlisted phone-number and who knows what with a business I did not know. Thanks neil, that was a nice little stab in the back.
