| Re: I'd bet on Verizon This is true. Unfortunately, when dealing with both Covad and Verizon, there is nothing that we can do in certain circumstances. When the ticket says that it has been escalated to Verizon for the third time, we are stuck and the customer loses out. We cannot provide a completed installation date when the two other parties are bickering over whose fault it is.
I will not discuss the exact events of this customer's trouble ticket, however, I can tell you that Verizon and Covad are really dragging their feet. Believe me, if we could get users installed without any problems, we would! | |
