I have seen nothing but huge packet loss and outages in the two years I had the Mesa service, VOIP would never run reliably.

Use the smokeping graphing tool here on DSL reports to graph out the latency and packet loss to the provider your thinking about using.

Look at the attached graphs to Mesa Network and decide for yourself.

Run it on the provider your looking to get service with. It will show what the service is really like. You need to locate a gateway on their network to test to.
