You should head over the the Ameritech/SBC forums for info on tweaks and the like. My Ameritech DSL here in the Columbus area never lags.

Speed! Speed! Speed!

The Physical configuration is very important to DSL integraty. If using liine share the DSL signai needs to directed to one jack. Meaning if you have more than one jack with the same phone number the DSL is on, There is room for improving your speed.

hmm..ok, I just read this post now, but you are right. However my house only has 2 jacks, so I really have no option.

I just got an offer from SBC to give me another 12 months at 29.99! a great deal!
