| Make sure you sound like you know what you are.... talking about. The cuss part is very true. These people work for a union and have rights. Such as the right not to take abuse. Anyway, when you do call, if the tech thinks that you know what you are talking about, they tend to be a little bit better in helping you. That and the fact that you are trying to relay SPECIFICALLY what is wrong with your service. When I call, I say stuff like "well I was using the system last night and it was fine, but today I installed Norton Firewall and it just wont work now." |
