Business As Usual In the Golden State

Sounds like the way business is typically conducted in California. Most businesses are out for one thing and one thing only...to make the most money they can for providing the least amount of service(s) and/or quality. And anything even one-half step above inferior they want to charge you a bunch of money for some kind of p1ss poor package they try to pass off as premium.

APLUS

It has been a nightmare dealing with APLUS.
Before I signed up I asked if any services were outsourced, as this has been a problem with other service providers, and I did not want to give my credit card information to anyone offshore.
I was told emphatically "NO". That was a lie.
Then the billing problems started and all kinds of charges to my credit card that were not corrected. When I went to the bank and had the bank contact them and reverse charges for a credit authorized by APLUS that hadn't been issued in 3 months, they took dow n. my site and email causing a disaster. They were to return the money paid for the year's service in advance but are trying not to do that. They have blocked access to the invoices and revised statements retroactively.
They dont seem to be concerned about government oversight.
DON'T USE THEM!!!:
