I just ordered it today with the same kind of services where exactly you are living in Chicago, in the north side or south side and how far away is your house to the tower?

I hope I can be luck than you does because I hate the currect connection I got now.

Please see my updated review above. I've uploaded some pics so you can see the product installed. Notice the extreme small footprint this thing takes.

One 'con' to the entire thing is the cat5 cable not being more secure on the roof. Not a big deal, but check with your landlord or owner first to make sure it's ok.

Also note, the power injector inside the house needs to plug directly into your lan port. If your useing a direct connection without a router, you'll need a crossover cable and a female to female RJ45 coupler to connect. (Office Depot or Circuit City...)

Response to your compliant

**** 08/02/03

Ok, now this ‘company’ won't return any calls and has capped my bandwidth because I'm using 'too much'.....(Even though they claim to offer unlimited....haa...ha...) Don't waste your time. It's too bad too, the technology is there, but the management is not!! Stick with a real connection. The quick and dirty here is- yes it was too good to be true.

Too good to be true?

Yes...we don't condone illegal activity (e.g., serving illegal software on your ip: xxx)
