| Yeah me TOO!! I am not happy either. I signed up for a certain speed and am now getting cut in half. I only moved away from ATT to NetVenture was because the value for the money was greater, well now it is not as good. Considering ComCast (ATT) has 24 hour support... I am considering going back to ATT.
BTW...I do not 100% agree with your ratings either... considering the tech support is limited in hours and the speed is dropped now I think that a few of those ratings could come a bit lower.
