Here is my Speed with Premier

Your download speed : 5026318 bps, or 4908 kbps.
A 613.5 KB/sec transfer rate.
Your upload speed : 768787 bps, or 750 kbps.
Tests vary from the different Java sites today for some reason. This one from L.A. shows me consistent speeds that are darn close to what Cox advertises. I have the Premier service which is 5M/768k for $54.95.

Monthly caps...

Most, if not all ISPs have caps, some enforce them, some don't. Cox is one of the latter. I've heard of people that've downloaded over 100gb a *month* easilly, and not heard any word from Cox. As long as you don't cause problems for other people on your node, you'll be alright.
