OH my word.

People in VA are without homes, power, transportation; and you're complaining about your internet! Cox is doing all that it can in the area to correct the damages.

I personally know that Cox asked for technician volunteers from all over the country to leave their families and homes to go and assist in the efforts to repair the hurricane damage in VA. To fix your services... Puts things in perspective, doesn't it?

Well.. Thru the entire Huricane recovery I never lost Phone service...

The electric company fell over themselves giving updates and letting us know where they stood...

Cox hasn't done crap.. other then give credit... service that was restored sucks BAD... tv is fuzzy... cable modem has huge Packet loss and shuts down for hours and hours at a time..

Thier preperation and recovery from the storm has been horrible..

I'm actualy thinking about switching to Verizon DSL...
