how come $55 / mo -- they list $20/mo

They dont list a rate at $55/mo. 20, 39, $79 etc.

I also use CISO

I have been with CISO since Aug of 2000. I switched from Verizion which was GTE and they both were horrible service providers.
I have been extremly happy with CISO and Eric's support. He puts in a lot of hours and wants to make sure your satisfied with your connection.
