| Wow Different Experience
Wow, I have been an ANET customer for more than three years and never experienced the problems you describe. My DSL service has be nothing if not bullet proof and ANET's customer service is second to none altough I have to admint I seldom find cause to use it. On the few occasions I have had to call them, usually to solve my own fat finger problems ANET has responsed quickly, with accurate information and a lot of patients.
Further, I have never ever had a billing problem
I highly recommend ANET with out hesitation of reservation.

I am sorry that you have had a poor experience with our company. I am hesitant to get too involved here, since your claims in your post are completely invalid, and this smells of a flame post.
Just a few points:
1) ANET has never done *any* business with Covad *ever*, so your claim that your 'covad installer' said that they refuse to deal with ANet anymore is not true. Perhaps they were thinking of A+Plus.Net in California (who does do business with Covad, not us). We receive a lot of response to/from A+plus.Net.
2) Our website is not down frequently. We did have an issue with a web cluster earlier this week which was resolved quickly. No machines were rebuilt.
3) If and when we have problems with our dialup service, more than just a single customer is effected. Since we have not, and are not getting complaints regarding issues remotely similar to yours, I would suspect that we can get your dialup stable by a simple call to our tech support department. Perhaps there is a line noise issue, or a poor modem driver. With dialup, there can be a lot of factors that cause poor modem service.
4) Since you have chosen to not disclose your name or company, there is really no information I can provide regarding your other claims. I am also deeply involved with our technology and day to day operations around here, and the issues you have brought up does not ring a bell.
