| Re: verizon wises up and follows SBC If I had listened to you, I wouldn't be suffering now. Verizon has indeed cut of facilities for DslDesigns. I am now force to switch to another provider. I also understood it was the courts intention that there should be a smooth transition to allow DslDesign customers a chance to move to another provider with a minimum of interruption, but after 1.5 hours notice, my service simply got cut off. Verizon apparently has chosen not to provide any transition period. I blame DslDesigns as well for not responsibly paying their bills! I will do what I can to seek ledgislation to require smooth transitions in events of this nature. Not only is this bad behavior on Verizon's and DslDesign's part, but I'm sure if violates certain regulations of the the FCC and Interstate Commerce and I will be letting the court with jurisdiction in this matter know about my position on this. |
