i have had the same problems. however, i also emailed brandx's tech support directly and found out who some of their main representatives are such as:

1. jp@brandx.net
2. js@brandx.net

they responeded faster and contactd verizon faster than i would have imagined. they had a service technician to come and try to run a diagnosis on my line problems without a hassle. i'm just mad at the fact that it took verizon about a week to redo my line.
