| I have it and i hate it Staten island speeds are very low. Queens dont complain you are way up there. there customer service is terrible. they cant help with anything besides simple things you can do yourself, but get technical and oh no, they are lost. i hate them i hate road runner, i hate staten island cable. and they have me by the cable wire. nothing i can do, they own the island. lol. i am so stuck and they know it. | |

| Great uptime and speed I've had RoadRunner here in Astoria since it came out, and I think i've had maybe 5 hours downtime total (except for the blackout).
If you use the Newsgroups servers that they provide, you can consistently get 1.8 to 2 megabits per /sec.
I did a self install, so i can't comment on tech support. One other great thing is the DHCP ip addresses stick around for a long time, which is good if you use www.no-ip.com | |
