| I am sorry for the outage We had a downed circuit that was bound to affect us for a longer period of time than it would have taken to aggregate some of our DSL circuits. Yours was one of those. I am sorry that we did not anticipate the outage, but, by switching your gateway and ips, we were able to bring up the downed customers much faster. Again, I am sorry for the problem you had.
You mentioned that you had other outages besides this one last weekend? Could you let me know when that was? I know that this was a bad outage, and I apologize, but what other outages were you referring to? We have not had to reboot out RedBack router for over 6 months even.
