???????

If you have 15/2 why is it... " I can download in excess of 1.7MB/sec, and upload in excess of 230KB/sec " That doesnt make too much sense.

With my "SLOW" AT&T in CT , Im downloading at 5000kb and 610 up.

Re: ???????

5000kbps=625KBps=0.6MB/s

610Kbps=76KBps

AT&T DSL is much slower. I find that I like it due to the price.

Re: ???????

Sorry, but thats incredibly slow for a cable modem (1500kb/200kb ) My ATT DSL for $24 a month is ( 5000 kb/610 kb )

These days when cable modem customers type 15/2 thats in Megabits/sec

are you for real or id10t error applies to you

@15 mbps= about 1.875 MB thats 3 times faster then 5 mbps ATT
so if he has only OOL without phone and TV and paying $50 he is getting 1.58 times value of ATT. and if he orders Boost for $15 extra, he will be paying $65 but with speeds of 30 megs that is 6 times as fast as ATT. so with ATT you pay $ 5 per mbps with OOL and boosts thats 2.17 per mbps without boost 3.16 still cheaper than with ATT. I can only wish I was back in Brooklyn getting OOL speeds. I have RR here in SI and max out @ 7.
