I'm glad to hear a report on Fastline

They are building a mesh wireless network, so that is why they are expanding out from their office. Do they provide you with a static IP address?
I don't quite understand what you said about the 250K download speed. Was 500K down their quoted "peak" speed, and 250K the speed you should expect on average?

Hi,

We currently do not provide a static ip. We have the means to do so, but at this point we do not. We're focusing on building a mesh network. Once that is completed, we'll begin adding the additional services.

As far as download speed is concerned, we try to guarantee different levels of bandwidth based upon the plan the subscriber chooses. I believe the client that was playing with the computer in the office and posted the original post had the entry (slowest) plan.
