Honest Mistake

We attempted to hand deliver a router to this customer to guarantee a speedy set up. We delivered it to the wrong location in error, but corrected the situation right away. This was an unfortunate, but honest mistake. At last contact the customer was happy with their set up.

Problem fixed

After the problems at first with the delivery of the modem, the service has been rock solid. Zero complaints. They were very helpful in getting the problem fixed.
