First let me say I love my 3 MB internet connection. When its good.. man it blazes, gaming makes a world of difference. When its bad.. man getting it fixed is a sheer nightmare. I call 1.866.472.2200 and I go through the following procedure:
1. call number
2. enter my phone number
3. on hold
4. get someone that asks me for my number again
5. get transferred over to the internet side.. even though when you call you are asked if you are having internet problems. ?? strange.
6. voice message asks for my phone number again.. this one tells me I have an invalid phone number.
7 get a so-called tech (prolly makes $6.25 hr) that asks for my number yet again.
8. folks I would go on but why? It is way too much to type.. charter needs to improve their phone system and :HINT: >>>> DRUG TEST >
Happy with the product 96% of the time.
Unhappy with customer support.
The speeds I get are worth the hassle because it does not happen often. |
