dropping pings

Airlogic has now increased the bandwidth between their tower and my pc.... but now i'm dropping pings. I have contacted customer support on Monday and I'm still waiting for a response. (It is now Wed night) It took me over an hour to send a 938k jpeg image to shutterfly.com last night. Comcast where are you???????

Update

Airlogic was able to trouble shoot and isolate the problem to the antenna on my roof. Their tech support kept constant communication with me during the difficult/slow times. Once they were able to isolate the problem, they scheduled a dispatch right away.
Today, RJ/Airlogic came out and replaced the antenna. Initial testing shows very good upload and download speeds. Im back to over the 1mb barrier. Will keep you posted.
