customerperks @cable.rogers	So what... Quite clearly, it is YOUR responsibility to moniter your cable modem. Road Runner/ Oceanic Cable will NOT babysit you or feed you no matter how much you complain. YOU as a subscriber should let them know if your modem has a problem or atleats if YOU think it has a problem. No one can moniter your network 24/7 unless everybody in your area is down (server outage)

Also for RR you can email them direct by getting their email addresses from: »help.rr.com RoadRunner is the ISP and not related your Divs. problem with RR its actually RR's who's based in VA. contact them with that problem. RR is just one large broadband ISP.
