Second call: Been either on hold or redialing for 45 minutes just to talk to someone for additional information. I was also advised that I could not just get DSL service that I had to buy a package that included phone service if I wanted their DSL service.
Their website is also useless no pricing and very vague information. Promos button is nothing more than scanned copies of newspaper advertising that is very hard to read and misleading.
VERY SCAREY I won’t be doing any business with these folks anytime soon. |
