Worldink SUCKS!

Well, It's been 3 weeks and no response to my 3 emails to World-Stink. They have given me nothing but trouble, The customer service was nice until they decided my problem (The fact that I had a 1000ms+ ping to my DSL Gateway! Yes that is 1 or more seconds.) wasn't big enough for their time. I hope anyone who is thinking of using worldlink reads this because if you have a problem with them, Don't expect them to do anything about it. Now unfortunetly I am pre-payed up to the next 3 months so there is nothing I can do about it. All I can say is don't use them, I'm sure other people who use them feel the same. I also get constant connection inturuptions. Lasting from 30 seconds to 10 minutes. Makes online gamming really hard. My ping is also highly volital. In the middle of the day it is anywhere from 200ms to 400ms. To give you an idea it should be around 20ms to 40ms. And at night (2:30am or so) it's around 100ms to 200ms. It is the worst ISP I have used. Do NOT use Worldlink!

Right on! Terrible service, and don't even think about going on the internet on the weekend nights. Go somewhere else!
